We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in a similar HR role
• Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Familiarity with local labor laws and employment regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
