Job Description

Job Summary:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for open positions across the organization. This role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensures a smooth and effective hiring process that aligns with organizational goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
• Develop and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
• Source candidates using a variety of methods, including databases, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct reference and background checks.
• Prepare and extend job offers in coordination with HR and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system
• Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) and provide reports to HR leadership.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
• Occasional travel for job fairs, campus recruiting, or industry events.
Salary:
₱27,000.00 Monthly
