Job Description
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
Oversee all HR functions, ensuring seamless operations across both Uma Nota and Sabai.
Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
2. Talent Acquisition & Development
Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent in the hospitality industry.
Establish onboarding programs that ensure smooth integration for new hires.
Design and implement training programs to enhance skills and career growth.
Work closely with department heads to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
3. Employee Relations & Company Culture
Develop initiatives to maintain a positive and engaging workplace environment.
Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
Handle conflict resolution and employee grievances with fairness and professionalism.
Organize team-building activities and company-wide engagement programs.
4. Performance Management & Compensation
Implement performance evaluation processes and feedback mechanisms.
Design competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
Ensure fair and transparent salary structures, promotions, and incentives.
5. Compliance & HR Policies
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company regulations.
Update and enforce HR policies, contracts, and employee handbooks.
Maintain proper documentation and HR records in line with legal requirements.
6. HR Systems & Data Management
Utilize HR technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Monitor key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction) and recommend improvements.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: PHP 100,000 per month
Service Charge: Approximately PHP 30,000 - 40,000 per month (varies monthly)

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and best HR practices.
Experience in the hospitality, F&B, or retail industry preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple teams across different locations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
