Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist with 1-3 years of experience and a strong background in labor law and case management. The ideal candidate will handle core HR functions, ensure compliance with employment laws, and manage employee relations, particularly labor disputes and disciplinary cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Manage employee relations, address workplace concerns, and mediate disputes.
Represent the company in labor-related hearings, cases, and government proceedings.
Draft and implement company policies, disciplinary actions, and employment contracts.
Process payroll, benefits administration, and other HR documentation.
Conduct training on labor laws, workplace policies, and employee rights.
Collaborate with legal teams and external agencies on labor cases and compliance matters.
Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience, with expertise in labor law, employee relations, and case handling.
Strong knowledge of labor code, disciplinary processes, and government compliance (DOLE, NLRC, SSS, etc.).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
Experience in attending labor disputes, mediations, and administrative hearings is a plus.
Must be willing to work until Saturday
Salary:
₱25,000.00 Monthly
