Job Description
Redwood Resources is seeking a highly organized, decisive, and people-centered Integrator / Operations Manager to drive the day-to-day operations of our company. This key leadership role ensures that the company’s vision is executed by aligning people, processes, priorities, and accountability across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and hold the leadership team and staff accountable to deliver results (LMA - Lead, Manage, Accountability).
Own the company’s operational systems, processes, and workflows to ensure consistent execution.
Ensure the organization stays aligned with the Vision, Annual Goals, Quarterly Rocks, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Facilitate effective Level 10 meetings, quarterly planning sessions, and weekly leadership meetings.
Identify, prioritize, and remove obstacles and barriers to execution.
Oversee the company’s Scorecard (weekly metrics tracking) and ensure leadership accountability to numbers and milestones.
Foster cross-departmental collaboration and solve friction points between teams.
Drive a culture of discipline, focus, and accountability.
Manage special strategic projects as assigned by the CEO/Visionary.
Partner with the Visionary to translate big-picture ideas into clear, actionable plans.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as an operations leader, general manager, business manager, COO, or integrator role (preferably within an EOS or entrepreneurial company).
Strong organizational skills with a systems-driven mindset.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
Ability to make clear, tough decisions quickly and fairly.
Strong financial acumen: comfortable interpreting budgets, KPIs, and financial reports.
High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to manage multiple personalities and dynamics.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Project management expertise; ability to juggle competing priorities effectively.
Tech-savvy and comfortable implementing operational software/tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, CRM systems, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, management, operations, or related field).
