Job Summary:
Jacinto & Lirio is looking for a results-oriented and strategic Business Development and Operations Manager to lead business growth efforts while overseeing daily operations. This role is suited for a driven leader with a strong background in business development, operations management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining internal processes, maximizing team performance, and identifying new opportunities for expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, assigning weekly goals and ensuring they are met efficiently
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet growth, profitability, and market share goals
- Recruit, onboard, and train top-performing team members
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely and effective task completion
- Develop and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
- Delegate responsibilities according to skills and qualifications, while enforcing company policies, procedures, and cultural standards
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment, ensuring staff accountability and motivation
- Resolve internal team conflicts constructively and effectively
- Continuously review and improve organizational processes to boost productivity and efficiency
- Uphold standards of operational excellence and quality in all areas of the business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth
- Provide regular guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to staff
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably within the same industry as Jacinto & Lirio
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Strong decision-making, delegation, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Deep understanding of operational procedures and process improvement
- Must be organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Resides in or near Pasig City
