General Manager - Finance & Lending (47062) - Mandaluyong

Salary: 100,000 - 180,000

QUALIFICATIONS:
・Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
・At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Officer or General Manager in sales or credit operations in the finance or lending industry.
・At least 10 years of managerial experience in the financial and banking industry, including lending, secured loans (e.g., motorcycle and car secured loans), and credit-related services.
・Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and promoting collaborative efforts.
・Extensive experience in business strategy and operations management.
・Deep understanding of budgeting and financial forecasting.
・Knowledge of regulations and risk management.
・Knowledge of non-bank regulations, SEC guidelines, and compliance standards in the Philippines.
・Practical experience in credit risk management and regulatory compliance.

Job Summary:
Oversee all lending operations, including secured loans and credit-related products (CR), drive strategic growth, manage credit risk, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role provides critical leadership in deepening customer relationships while guiding the organization towards profitability and financial stability.
