Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and highly organized Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail stores across the Philippines. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, optimizing operational efficiencies, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer experience across all brands. Based in Taguig, the Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, merchandising, HR, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall store operations for multiple brands and locations nationwide, ensuring consistency in service, compliance, and performance.
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze sales, store productivity, and key operational metrics; drive initiatives for improvement.
Oversee store staffing, scheduling, and performance management in collaboration with HR.
Work closely with Area Managers and Store Supervisors to ensure smooth execution of retail strategies, promotions, and in-store campaigns.
Ensure all stores adhere to brand guidelines, merchandising standards, inventory controls, and operational policies.
Collaborate with the Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory teams to manage stock levels, deliveries, and loss prevention.
Lead process improvement projects focused on cost-efficiency, service quality, and operational scalability.
Manage and track operational budgets and expenses across retail locations.
Support new store openings, renovations, and expansions from an operations perspective.
Conduct regular store visits, audits, and compliance checks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
At least 5–8 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in a multi-store and multi-brand setup.
Proven leadership skills with experience in managing large and distributed teams.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs, store operations, customer service, and inventory management.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with POS and ERP systems is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to various retail locations nationwide.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
