Job Description
• Inventory Management:
• Oversee the accurate and efficient management of inventory, including receiving,
storage, and distribution of food products.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize waste and ensure
accurate stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Order Fulfillment:
• Coordinate order processing and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer
orders.
• Work closely with the sales and production teams to manage order priorities and
deadlines.
• Logistics and Distribution:
• Manage logistics operations, including transportation, shipping, and receiving
activities.
• Negotiate contracts with transportation providers and manage relationships with third-
party logistics partners.
• Optimize routing and scheduling to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
• Staff Management:
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work
environment.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about
warehouse processes and safety procedures.
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including food
safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
• Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to address any issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs,
and improve service levels.
• Utilize data and metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration,
or any related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the
food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management
software (e.g., WMS, ERP).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Location: Las Piñas City, Manila
Schedule: Monday to Friday- 8:00am-6:30pm
Salary: Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
