Job Summary
We are looking for a Retail Marketing Executive to oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of in-store marketing materials. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and external agencies to ensure visually compelling and brand-aligned marketing materials that enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute in-store marketing plans aligned with key campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement through retail merchandising.
Manage the design, production, and deployment of in-store marketing materials, including signage and displays.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and maintain inventory of marketing materials.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies.
Analyze the effectiveness of in-store campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
Train frontliners on proper installation and maintenance of marketing materials.
Oversee the budget for in-store marketing activities, ensuring cost efficiency.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies.
Key Performance Indicators
Successful execution of in-store marketing plans with positive feedback from stakeholders.
Achieve on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery of marketing materials while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely distribution of materials.
Ensure a 95%+ compliance rate with brand standards.
Drive increased campaign ROI, sales, and foot traffic through effective in-store marketing.
Improve customer satisfaction with store displays and merchandising strategies.
Stay within budget while enhancing cost-efficiency metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising, or a similar role.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
Strong time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Salary:
