Job Description

Location: Bagumbayan, Quezon city
Arrangement: Onsite,
Schedule: dayshift sched(Monday-Friday)
Salary: 50k-60k depending on experience

Position: Retail Marketing Executive

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
-Previous experience of at least 2 years in retail marketing or a similar role.
=-Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.
-Strong time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to collaborate with different teams.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-Assist in creating plans for in-store marketing materials that are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and key campaigns.
-Work with cross-functional partners (team members, category management, Creatives, frontlines) to develop strategies that improve customer engagement through retail merchandising.
-Manage and deploy in-store marketing materials, including signage and displays, in collaboration with frontliners and agencies.
-Ensure timely delivery and maintain inventory levels of marketing materials, coordinating with suppliers as needed.
-Conduct audits to ensure marketing materials comply with brand standards and company policies.
-Analyze in-store campaign performance, provide feedback for improvement, and prepare reports for senior management.
-Train frontliners on proper installation and maintenance of marketing materials.
-Manage the budget for in-store marketing activities.
-Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
Salary:
₱60,000.00 Monthly
