WE’RE HIRING: ASSET SALES & LEASING SPECIALIST

We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Asset Sales & Leasing Specialist! Do you have a passion for real estate and a knack for closing deals? This could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Location: Bangkal, Makati City
Schedule: Monday – Thursday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM), Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

About the Role:
As an Asset Sales & Leasing Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving sales and leasing activities, contributing to the growth of the business. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in asset disposal and leasing operations to increase company sales
- Sales Support: Assist in developing sales strategies, analyze sales data, and recommend improvements to sales processes. Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Develop and maintain client relationships and coordinate with brokers and buyers
- Sales & Prospect Outreach: Manage inquiries, conduct property viewings, generate leads, and qualify prospects. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to enhance sales strategies
- Space Management: Conduct property inspections, ensure tenant compliance, manage lease documentation, and coordinate with relevant departments. Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee security deposit refunds.
- Data Collection: Gather and organize relevant market data from various sources. Maintain meticulous records of data collection processes. Collect feedback from marketing, brokers, clients, and prospects.
- Dashboard Management: Create, update, and monitor sales and leasing dashboards. Collaborate with team members to gather necessary data and provide key performance indicators to management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- At least 3 years of experience in asset sales and leasing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Earth Pro
- Experience in real estate, social media platforms, and customer service is a plus
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks
