Job Description

Location: Bagumbayan, QC (Onsite)
Schedule: Dayshift
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 PHP

Seat No. 1: Marketing Executive

This role is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing brand strategy and business development, and overseeing membership and loyalty marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include budget management, retail merchandising, stakeholder collaboration, and optimizing marketing effectiveness. The role also involves implementing loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, or related fields.
At least 5 years’ professional experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Retail Management, Sales, or related fields.
Proficient in basic business software applications.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Has the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker and problem-solver while having a sense of fun.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.


Seat No. 2: Retail Marketing Executive

Assist in planning and executing in-store marketing materials aligned with key campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement through retail merchandising. Oversee the deployment, inventory, and compliance of marketing materials, coordinating with suppliers and frontliners to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency. Conduct audits, analyze campaign performance, and provide reports for senior management while managing budgets for in-store marketing activities. Train frontliners on proper installation and maintenance of materials and stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to optimize marketing efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Previous experience of at least 2 years in retail marketing or a similar role.
Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.
Strong time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to collaborate with different teams.
Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
Salary:
₱60,000.00 Monthly
