Position: CSR Tech Support (Air Conditioning)
Company Industry: BPO Company

Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 47,000
Work Set-Up: On-site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in technical support or customer service (preferably in AC systems)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with error codes and system diagnostics
- Amenable to work on mid-to-night shift (UK timezone)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support for air conditioning systems through phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors and malfunctions
- Collaborate with field technicians for complex repairs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AC system features and technology
- Contribute to the improvement of customer experience
