Job Description

Company Profile: A Leading outsourcing company in the Philippines specializing in providing excellent customer service and handling the modern technology like AI powered tools. They are looking for Vietnamese speakers that will support their clients in Vietnam.

Position: Vietnamese Speaking Technical Support
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 120,000 Monthly
Location: Bridgetowne, QC or Pasig (Boundary of Quezon City & Pasig)
Work Schedule: Nightshift
Work setup: Onsite

Job Requirements:
• Vietnamese speakers located in the Philippines
• Vietnamese who can speak, read and write English language
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or any IT related courses
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• With basic troubleshooting skills or related skills is a plus
Willing to work in Quezon City ASAP

Job Responsibilities:
• Answer the technical inquiries of users via email, chat and calls
• Assist the users on how to escalate the technical issues
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
• Responsible for identifying, providing resolution and reporting the technical concerns.
