REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipino & Fil-Chi who can speak, read, and write in Cantonese and English.
- Open to College Undergraduates and Bachelors graduates in computer science or other related courses.
- Open to Foreign Nationals who have permanent visa.
- Have experience troubleshooting software and hardware tools/computers.
- Having troubleshooting skills is a big advantage.
- Have experience resolving IT Issues via phone/chat or emails.
- Basic understanding of the operating of Windows 7 & 10 systems is a plus.
- Good communication (written & oral), presentation skills, quick learner, self-initiated, team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Follow standard service desk operating procedures by accurately logging all service desk tickets using the defined tracking software
- Responsible for providing technical support and answering concerns via phone, email chat, and web from clients.
- Maintain a high degree of Customer Service for all support queries and follow all service management principles.
- Record the trend of calls and recognize outages proactively.
- Interact and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Issuing ticketing numbers to the customers for the escalation of inquiries.
