Position: CSR Tech Support (Home Appliances)
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Eton Cyberpod, Ortigas City
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 47,000
Work Set-Up: On-site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in technical support or customer service (preferably in home appliances)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with washer, dryer, and refrigerator systems
- Amenable to work on mid-to-night shift (UK timezone)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support for home appliances through phone
- Assist with error code troubleshooting and offer maintenance tips
- Collaborate with field technicians for complex repairs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of home appliance systems
- Contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction
