Job Description

Salary: Php 30,000- 47,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
• Experience in Technical support for Home Appliances (Aircon and Refrigerator)
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide technical assistance for washers and dryers, resolving frequent problems and debugging error codes, and guiding UK authorized service centers over the phone.
• Proper product care, maintenance advice, and usage to maximize performance.
• For complicated repairs, work together with field specialists and supply supporting paperwork.
• Keep abreast of new developments in washer and dryer technology and model characteristics.
• Update the knowledge base to provide easy access to solutions for often encountered issues.
