Job Description

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and exceptional candidate experience while aligning with company goals and values.\

Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture.
• Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, referrals, and other creative methods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and providing exceptional candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, managing scheduling and communication.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
• Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and market insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process and team efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a recruiter in a headhunting firm or executive search agency our outsourcing.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and online platforms for sourcing and tracking candidates.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
