Job Overview:
we are seeking a strategic and dynamic Recruitment Manager to
lead our growing recruitment team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for
overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding
top-tier talent within the healthcare industry. You will lead a team of dedicated recruiters,
marketing and onboarding associates, ensuring that we meet our high standards and

Responsibilities:
• Manage the team of recruiters and onboarding associates, providing direction and
support to achieve recruitment goals and objectives.
• Ensure the team meets monthly targets and delivery timelines by closely monitoring
performance metrics and implementing necessary measures for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both US and PH stakeholders to
understand their recruitment needs and provide effective hiring solutions across
the organization.
• Provide close oversight to onboarding and admin related functions and ensure
compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws.
• Drive transformation necessary for recruitment systems and trackers to ensure
accurate and up-to-date collection data which is crucial for reporting and analytics.
• Provide additional mentorship, guidance, and share best practices to enhance the
skills and capabilities of team members.
• Manage vendors providing various services such as staffing and social media
management.
• Uphold a strong work ethic and integrity in all aspects of recruitment operations.
Requirements:

• 8 years of recruitment experience, with significant exposure in healthcare or high-
volume recruitment in the PH market.

• At least 4 years of experience in managing a recruitment team, demonstrating a
strategic mindset and exceptional leadership skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to build and maintain
strong relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting metrics and related analytics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Computer savvy with proficiency in recruitment software, online applications, and
Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong work ethic and integrity, with a commitment to delivering high-quality
results.
Salary:
150.000,00 ₱ Monthly
