HR Recruitment Specialist

KEY JOBS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
Screen resumes and job applications
Conduct phone interviews to pre-screen & shortlist candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Provide real-time endorsement tracking and candidate monitoring
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Other recruitment-related activities deemed necessary in fulfilling the company's goals

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in doing end-to-end recruitment processes is a must
With good communication skills
Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and job boards)
Hands-on experience with various interview
Ability to quickly learn and absorb processes, and various recruitment systems in a short period of time
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Documents & Sheets and other related software
