Job Description

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any college degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related degree.
• Must have minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter.
• Must have 2-3 experience in sourcing, recruiting and pre-screening for both volume and targeted roles in financials, operations, credit, audit, and other non-technical support units .
• Must have experience in Boolean Searching.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
• Able to prepare simple monitoring reports.
• Proven experience with recruitment tools and best practices.

Job Description:

• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks, to identify potential Relationship Manager/Associate candidates or similar roles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive networking and relationship-building.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, interpersonal abilities, and understanding of banking and financial services.
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific staffing needs and objectives.
• Manage job postings on relevant platforms and ensure a strong employer brand presence in the market.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining open communication and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and changes in the job market to advise on recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
