Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Processing end-to-end recruitment from crafting job ads and posting them, CV Screening, phone screening, endorsing to clients, facilitating interviews, and preparing job contracts
• Calibrate with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders to understand hiring profiles and regularly ensures team is aligned.
Proactively source candidates using different sourcing channels and techniques.
• Oversee and coordinate recruitment activities across various stages of assessment that will promote a consistent positive applicant experience

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-2 years of recruitment experience in [relevant industry]
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Amenable to work in the afternoon (2 pm to 11 pm)
