Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support by managing orrespondences via call/email and updating record, booking systems, and schedules.
Assist in preparing travel itineraries, hotel bookings, flight reservations, and other travel-related arrangements.
Liase with travel suppliers, such as hotels, airlines, and tour operators to confirm.
Assist in organizing meetings and conferences, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing materials.
Support the office manager in the day-to-day operations of the office.


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
Strong organizationa and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
