Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:Handling sales orders, processing paperwork, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of products or services.
Customer Service:Answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing basic customer service support.
Database Management:Maintaining and updating customer databases and records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Reporting and Analysis:Compiling sales reports, tracking sales efforts, and providing insights into sales performance.
Administrative Support:Organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
Communication:Communicating effectively with customers, sales team members, and other stakeholders.
Invoicing and Payment Processing:Issuing invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring timely collection.
Inventory Management:Monitoring inventory levels, assisting with restocking, and ensuring sufficient product availability.
Other Duties:Supporting the sales team with other administrative tasks or special projects as needed.
Skills and Qualities:
Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Customer service skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Data entry and record-keeping skills: Accurate and efficient data entry and maintenance of records.
Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to sales orders, customer inquiries, or other administrative tasks.
Teamwork skills: Ability to work effectively with other team members and contribute to a collaborative environment.
Willing to be assigned in Landlite Showroom Pedro Gil Manila.
