Job Description

The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team's success by managing the administrative and operational aspects of the sales process. This involves lead generation and qualification, order processing, customer relationship management, and contributing to overall sales growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills within the kitchen equipment industry.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Lead Management: Qualify inbound leads, follow up on sales inquiries, and maintain accurate records within the CRM system. This includes tracking lead sources, communication history, and sales progress.

- Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing. Coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update customer information within the designated CRM system. Track customer interactions and provide excellent customer service.

- Sales Support: Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and other sales materials as needed. Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing travel arrangements.

- Reporting & Analysis: Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing initiatives by assisting with email campaigns, social media updates, and other promotional activities.

- Inventory Management: (If applicable) Assist in monitoring inventory levels and reporting on stock status.
