Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The E-Commerce Admin Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company's online sales platforms. This role involves managing product listings, processing online orders, coordinating with logistics, handling customer inquiries, and assisting in the implementation of online marketing strategies to enhance the customer experience and boost online sales performance.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Propose e-commerce campaigns and promotional activities to drive online sales and engagement.
2. Upload and update product details (titles, descriptions, prices, and images) on e-commerce
platforms such as Lazada or company website.
3. Monitor and process online orders, ensuring timely coordination with the warehouse and logistics for order fulfillment and delivery.
4. Track stock availability and coordinate with inventory or warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overselling.
5. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, messages, and reviews on e-commerce platforms and escalate issues when necessary.
6. Assist in setting up online promotions, campaigns, and discount codes. Monitor promo performance and provide sales data support.
7. Maintain organized records of transactions, invoices, delivery receipts, and customer information in line with company policies.
8. Compile and prepare sales reports, inventory updates, and other required documentation for internal use.
9. Liaise with internal departments (marketing, warehouse, customer service, accounting) to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
10. Assist in basic updates or troubleshooting on the e-commerce website (if applicable), ensuring product info and visuals are accurate and current.
11. Provide support in various marketing-related tasks, including but not limited to trade events, creation of marketing collaterals, and social media management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience in e-commerce operations or admin support is an advantage
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
Basic knowledge of order processing systems and online store management
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: Php 20,000 - Php 24,000
