Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Mandarin-speaking clients with travel bookings and itineraries
Use GDS tools like Sabre or Amadeus for flight and travel management
Address fraud concerns and ensure secure transactions
Provide exceptional customer support in both Mandarin and English
Qualifications:
Singaporean Chinese or native-level Mandarin speaker
Proficient in English
Minimum 1 year GDS experience (Sabre or Amadeus)
At least 6 months of fraud-related work experience
Strong customer handling and communication skills
Open to candidates with BPO or non-BPO background
Amenable to work onsite in Pasig City
Schedule: 8AM–6PM MNL time
