Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Books all aspects of the guest journey including but not limited to cruise itineraries, destination experiences, pre/post travel inquiries
* Supports the Global Sales team by building strong relationships and providing best in class luxury service with our guests and travel advisors
* Be an expert and reference in the use of our technology systems, Salesforce, and Versonix Seaware to deliver personalized guest experience
* Provides feedback on the quality and efficiency of customer support processes and be able to suggest enhancements when they see fit.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Fluent in spoken English
* Hospitality background highly desirable
* Contact Center experience is an advantage
* Willing to work on site in Paranaque
