Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Travel Consultant – GDS & Fraud Specialist with experience using Sabre or Amadeus GDS tools. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of GDS experience in either the BPO or non-BPO industry, a minimum of 6 months of fraud handling experience, and is preferably TOPIK II certified. We welcome both native and non-native Korean speakers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle travel bookings, modifications, and cancellations using Sabre or Amadeus GDS tools.
Investigate and resolve fraud-related cases, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat to provide world-class support.
Monitor and analyze transaction patterns to identify potential fraudulent activities.
Collaborate with internal departments to report suspicious activities and improve fraud prevention protocols.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and fraud investigations.
Stay updated on travel industry practices and fraud trends.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience using Sabre or Amadeus GDS in a BPO or non-BPO setting.
At least 6 months of hands-on fraud detection or fraud investigation experience.
Preferably TOPIK Level II certified (Test of Proficiency in Korean); both native and non-native speakers are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in the travel, airline, or hospitality sector.
Familiarity with fraud detection tools and systems.
Customer service or contact center background is a plus.
