Job Title: Executive Recruiter
Location: Cebu, Philippines
Department: Talent Acquisition / Human Resources
Reports To: Recruitment Manager / HR Director

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Executive Recruiter to join our Cebu-based talent acquisition team. This role will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring volume candidates talent across various functions. The ideal candidate is experienced in full-cycle recruitment, confident in stakeholder engagement, and skilled in market mapping and talent sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for agent role
Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand role requirements and define recruitment strategies.
Source candidates using a variety of methods, including headhunting, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networking.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and pre-screenings to ensure candidate quality and cultural fit.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline and proactively identify future leadership needs.
Present qualified candidates to stakeholders and manage feedback cycles.
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with HR teams for offer management, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market movements, and competitor hiring.
Qualifications:

College Undergraduate / College Graduate
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in recruiting
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, etc.).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to source and close candidates in a competitive talent market.
Preferred Skills:

Experience recruiting in BPO.
