About the Role
As our Human Resources (HR) Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of Voortman X’s people operations. You’ll own recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR admin—ensuring our talent pipeline is robust, our policies are airtight, and our culture stays great.

Responsibilities
● Talent Acquisition & Onboarding (Source, screen, and interview candidates, Own the end-to-end onboarding experience)
● HR Admin & Compliance (Maintain employee records, contracts, and government filings)
● Employee Relations & Engagement (Be the go-to HR partner for queries, conflict resolution, and culture initiatives)
● Drive engagement (Team-building events, recognition programs, and pulse surveys, Performance Management)
● Coordinate performance reviews
● Document and refine HR policies and SOPs
● Analyze people data (turnover, time-to-hire) and recommend continuous improvements


Qualifications
● Education: Bachelor’s in HR Management, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field

Required Skills
● Experience: 0–2 years in HR generalist roles, internships
● Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with HRIS or eager to learn
● Communicator: Crystal-clear verbal & written skills; you make policies feel human
● Organizer: Obsessed with detail and deadlines—nothing falls through the cracks
● Culture Fit: Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and laser-focused on doing it all with integrity and speed

Pay range and compensation package
● Salary Range: 22k-30k PHP (Based on Experience)
