Head of Human Resources – Sizanid HR Inc.

Sizanid HR Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function and play a vital role in shaping our company culture and talent strategy. You will be responsible for all aspects of HR, from talent acquisition and development to employee relations and compensation & benefits.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies: Align HR initiatives with the company's overall business objectives and drive growth through talent management.
Lead and manage the HR team: Foster a high-performing and collaborative HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool. Implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns proactively and fostering strong communication channels. Manage employee relations issues effectively and fairly.
Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages, ensuring alignment with market trends and company budgets.
Performance Management: Implement performance review systems to track employee progress, provide feedback, and drive performance improvement.
Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, benefits administration, and employee rights.
HR Technology and Systems: Implement and manage HR systems and technologies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data analysis.
Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Contribute to the development of HR budgets, forecast HR needs, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and legal compliance.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines.
Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.



Nice to have:
Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience in leading HR initiatives in a global or multi-cultural organization.
Familiarity with HR technology and systems.
Experience in change management and organizational development.

You will initially be engaged as an independent contractor for 6 months, transitioning to a regular employee status with Sizanid HR Inc. thereafter.
