Job Description

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and numbers-savvy Pricing Analyst with an accounting background to support our venue strategy for our real estate portfolio. This role blends financial analysis, cost accounting, and market research to ensure our properties are priced competitively while meeting profitability goals. You'll be part of a cross-functional team focused on optimizing performance across residential and/or commercial assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret property-level financial statements to inform pricing decisions
Perform cost analysis and track expense trends across properties to inform margin-based pricing strategies
Partner with the accounting teams to ensure pricing aligns with budget and forecast models
Build and maintain pricing models that account for costs, target returns, occupancy rates, and market comps
Use tools like Excel-based models to monitor rent levels, lease terms, and market demand
Assisted in preparing pricing recommendations for new developments, lease renewals, and repositioned assets
Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and competitor pricing strategies
Generate reports on revenue performance, pricing effectiveness, and profit margins

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or real estate finance
Gained familiarity and basic financial statement analysis

Skills & Competencies:

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling, lookups, etc.)
Knowledge of accounting principles and cost modeling
Ability to work with large data sets and provide actionable insights
Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and leasing teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in real estate, property management, or asset management
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or variance analysis in a real estate context
Exposure to revenue management or pricing analytics is a bonus
