Job Description
1. College/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Mandatory real estate industry experience.
3. Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience, including:
- Inventory management
- Pricing and terms of payment
- Profit & Loss (P&L) computation and preparation
4. Proficient in SAP and other relevant accounting/inventory software.
5. Solid understanding of inventory control, pricing strategies, and financial principles.
6. Quick learner with the ability to work independently.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to sales teams, as well as middle and senior management.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
