Job Description
1. Financial Support: Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for property assets.
2. Market Research: Collect and analyze data on property trends, sales, and rental rates.
3. Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate financial and property data.
4. Budget Tracking: Assist with budgeting and monitor property-related expenses.
5. Valuation Assistance: Help in property valuations and market comparisons.
6. Reporting: Prepare basic reports and assist in presenting findings to management.
7. Collaboration: Support the accounting and research teams in various tasks.
8. Compliance: Ensure financial data complies with relevant regulations.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
2. Some experience in accounting, finance, or property research is a plus.
3. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
4. Basic understanding of accounting principles and real estate markets.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting or property management software is a plus.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills.
