Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in day-to-day operations and high-level administrative functions. Applicants must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate the needs of executives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordination
with clients.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets with complex formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis.
- Design professional and visually appealing presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and calls, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate prioritization.
- Maintain confidential files and records with a high level of integrity.
- Collaborate with other administrative and support staff to ensure smooth office operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting) and PowerPoint (e.g., slide design, animation, formatting).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive and resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities.
Salary:
