As part of their Philippine expansion, they are hiring a Japanese Executive Secretary to support top-level executives at their Alabang office.

Job Summary

We are seeking a bilingual Japanese Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior Japanese executives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and fluent in both Japanese and English, with strong experience in executive support or business communication.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and expense reporting
Serve as a key liaison between Japanese expatriate executives and local teams
Translate documents and assist with verbal communication during internal and external meetings (Japanese-English and vice versa)
Coordinate with departments and external partners for scheduling, logistics, and reporting
Prepare business correspondence, meeting notes, and presentation materials in both Japanese and English
Handle confidential documents with discretion and professionalism
Assist in organizing internal events, business trips, and company functions
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Japanese Studies, or related field
At least 2 to 4 years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer
Fluent in both Japanese (N2 level or higher) and English
Experience working in a Japanese or multinational environment is an advantage
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
