Job Description
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating if necessary.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations when requested.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Process customer payments accurately using POS systems (cash, card, or other methods).
• Prepare receipts, manage cash drawers, and ensure proper balancing at end of shift.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for the next guest.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest concerns or special requests professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation and safety standards.
• Uphold the brand's high standards for hospitality, presentation, and customer service.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an advantage but not required (we’re willing to train the right person!).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
