Job Description
• Greet and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Eraya’s quality standards.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve orders efficiently while ensuring presentation and timing standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, tables, and service areas.
• Handle guest payments accurately and process transactions smoothly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a seamless and positive dining environment.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a bartender, server, or in a hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and Asian cuisine is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) relevant food handler and alcohol service certifications if required.
