Service Crew

We are seeking energetic, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Crew members. As part of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for ensuring customers have a pleasant dining or service experience. Your duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with menu inquiries
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve orders efficiently and professionally
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and work areas
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant or kiosk
- Handle payment transactions and operate POS systems
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Support team members in other duties as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or food service is an advantage but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and work in a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems are a plus
- Physically fit – able to stand for long hours and lift moderately heavy items
