**Qualifications:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and engage potential clients, fostering and maintaining long-term relationships while providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at meeting or exceeding sales targets. Provide guidance and support to junior sales agents to enhance overall team performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, offering insights for improvement, and implementing best practices to achieve optimal results.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Customer Service and Reservations, to align sales strategies with company goals and address client needs.
- Mentor and train junior sales agents, share best practices, and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their professional goals.
