Job Description
**Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**
**Work Arrangement:** On-Site
**Work Schedule:** Flexible Shifts
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other related services.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and travel packages.
- Assist clients with reservations and bookings, ensuring that all details are correct and complete.
- Address customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating more complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with current travel industry trends, regulations, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with travel arrangements and address any feedback or concerns after their trips.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to meet customer needs and improve the overall travel experience.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Must be willing to go to Cebu to do the initial and final interview after the prescreening interview and asessment
- Experience in Travel Industry Customer Service is a PLUS.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
