TASQ is seeking agents for an on-site customer service representative position in Cebu City, where proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.

The recruitment process starts with a phone prescreen, followed by two in-person interviews held in Cebu Business Park during late afternoon or evening hours.

TASQ is hiring immediately for this role, which involves managing customer inquiries and sales related to travel bookings through phone, email, and chat.

Key duties include providing travel information, assisting with reservations, resolving customer issues, and staying informed about industry trends.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of BPO customer service experience (experience in the travel industry is a plus), excellent communication skills in both languages, and a high school diploma (a college degree is preferred).
