Job Description
Position: Customer Success Manager
Company Industry: IT Company
Work Location: Ayala Avenue, Makati
Work Schedule: Weekends Off (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php40,000 (Negotiable depending on years of working experience)
Work Set Up: Hybrid Set Up
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Bachelors Degree holder
At least 1 year of working experience in the same role handling any technical related products.
Has experience to be part of a pioneer team is an advantage.
Willing to work onsite
Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee new client onboarding to make sure the sales and deployment processes go smoothly.
Set up and modify the platform in accordance with customer needs and corporate procedures.
Give clients practical advice and instruction on product features and best practices.
Create and carry out implementation strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for questions and complaints from customers.
Track client uptake and proactively spot implementation risks or obstacles.
Check in frequently to make sure users are making the most of the platform.
Collaborate with clients to fix technical problems and offer suggestions for best practices.
Record client difficulties and, if necessary, refer complicated problems to the product or technical support teams.
