Job Description

Client Profile: a shared services business mostly located in London, England. They supplied scientific, medical, and technical instruments that can be used in a variety of fields, including finance, accounting, human resources, and customer service.

Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business management or any related courses
With at least 1 – 2 years work experience in Account management
with experience in Shared services company is a big plus.
Amenable to work on Flexible work schedule
Can start as soon as possible is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:
Update and provide Delivery Metrics from the project roadmap as needed
Organize meetings, including Town Halls, performing associated tasks such as sending invites, monitoring
attendance, coordinating preparation of presentation decks, and overall management of the meeting
Create/review minutes from meetings and follow up concerned parties on action items
Monitor update of needed reports, engaging with responsible parties to coordinate timely refresh of data on reports iteration, CTO, CEO, Monthly Metrics, etc.
actions stemming from said reviews like checking tickets and conducting follow ups on involved parties.
Documentation on actions, decisions, risk updates, etc.
