Job Description
Position: Customer Deployment & Success Specialist
Company Industry: Business/Productivity Software industry
Work Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 40,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid (Wednesdays WFH) the rest RTO

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Manage all the client that is onboarding and Deployment
- Be on hand to the onboarding process of client and ensure the smooth transaction from sales to deployment
- Handle the contact during the deployment phase and ensure to answer all the inquiries or concerns of the client
- Collaborate with the customer to resolve all the concerns and provide a best solution for them
- Document the challenges and escalate the problem that may have concern to the technical support and product teams
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- At least 1 to 3 years work experience in Sales
- Can start as soon as possible
- Amenable to attend interview
- Willing to work in Makati City
