**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Identify and engage potential clients, build and maintain long-term relationships, and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales goals. Offer guidance and support to junior sales agents to improve overall team performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, provide insights for improvement, and apply best practices to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Customer Service and Reservations, to align sales strategies with company objectives and address client needs.
- Mentor and train junior sales agents, share best practices, and provide constructive feedback to help them reach their professional aspirations.
