Job Description

TASQ is hiring an operations supervisor for their call center in Cebu.

Job Overview: Operations Supervisor (Cebu)

Shift: Shifting (mostly night shifts)

Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu)

Qualifications:

1-2 years of customer service experience.
Experience in general customer service (post-sale tech and non-tech support for business and consumer).
Experience with remote customer service (phone, chat, text).
Call center experience with high-volume, low-complexity inquiries.
Experience analyzing and resolving customer issues (office setting, lower volume, complex inquiries).
Experience in distribution center customer service (returns, field service support).
Experience as a liaison between customers and production/distribution for orders.
Experience providing technical and non-technical support in a walk-in service center.
This is not a sales-compensated role.
Must have a strong understanding of the relevant area and handle specialized projects following guidelines.
