Job Description
**Job Overview: Operations Supervisor (Cebu)**
**Shift:** Shifting schedule (primarily night shifts)
**Work Setup:** Onsite (Cebu)
**Qualifications:**
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
- Experience in general customer service, encompassing post-sale technical and non-technical support for both business and consumer clients.
- Remote customer service experience, assisting customers through phone, online chat, or text.
- Call center support experience handling a high volume of low complexity inquiries.
- Analysis and resolution of customer issues, typically in an office setting, dealing with a lower volume of more complex inquiries.
- Experience in distribution center customer service, including handling product returns or providing support in a field service facility.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the production and distribution departments regarding specific customer orders.
- Provide both technical and non-technical support in a walk-in service center.
- Positions in this category are not compensated based on sales performance.
